They are the personal touch, and albeit, you don’t necessarily need to do any changes yourself, what struck me, was their culture to want to upskill people to be able to do minor changes themselves and to manage their own website; knowing there is an arm around you, should you make a pigs ear of it!

If this is not your cup of tea, or time is short for you they will also do the work, however, the ability to learn something and save some money is priceless…. The team have always been helpful and the prospect of having to spend some money has always been well explained and the steps on the work always well communicated. If I have ever needed guidance and assistance on a personal level I have always been afforded it, so I would definitely recommend.”
