Changes in v06

1. Our Registered Office was updated to Unit 23… in clause 1.1.
2. Minor definitions amended in clause 1.1; including a definition of Force Majeur.
3. Clause 4.1 updated to include reference to the legality of the Client’s website also being the Client’s responsibility.
4. Clause on Personal Data (formerly clause 4.3) has been deleted as data is now handled by our Privacy Notice.
5. Clause on the Cerberus Content Management system (formerly clause 6.5) has been deleted as that system has been retired and all websites removed from it.
6. Minor update to clause 7.1 to modernise the language; e.g. replacing reference to ‘clerical and reproduction services’ with ‘licences’.
7. Minor update to clause 7.8 to allow for not all payments being divisible.
8. Updates to clause 9.5 concerning disclaiming of our liability:
   1. Defined that we are not repsonsible for website problems when not using our hosting or a maintenance service agreement (clause 9.5.1).
   2. Defined for clarity several conditions under which we would not be liable for technical problems of SiteBites-hosted websites (9.5.3).
9. Modfied clause 12.4.3 to clarify that we will not tolerate the unlawful obtaining of data using our servers.
10. Modified clause 12.5 to allowing freedom to expand upload capacity without modifying our terms and also include provision for requests from clients to increase their upload limits by agreement and at our discretion.
11. Clarifications to the Administrator Agreement’s clause 18.2.2 regarding plugin maintenance to clarify Clients’ responsibilities with regards to plugin maintenance when they have Administrator priviledges.
12. Lastly, we’ve added a version number to the footer of all pages to help identify the Terms version.
