How we process & secure passwords

The password field above is encrypted and our website is secured by SSL Certificate.
After submission, data may be stored on our website for a limited time for processing (normally up to 90 days).
After submission, the data is sent via secure connection to our CRM.
Our CRM is also secured via SSL. The password is stored in an encrypted field and only visible to senior members of our team.
Because the password is visible to (select and senior) Users at SiteBites, this is why we request this be a temporary one.

How we use stored passwords

The main use is for launching websites
Note that in the future should we need to access your domain's account for which you have sent us a password, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations (for example moving the website to a different server), then we will attempt to do so using the supplied credentials stored in our system first and then contact you if that fails.

Making DNS Changes

You are comfortable with domain DNS and entering CNAME and A records
