Introduction

With 7 branches around the country, Simple Recruitment is a national independent recruitment multi-sector agency, with specialisms in hospitality, catering, and industrial staff.
In their sector, candidates and vacancies move fast, so their partners need to as well.

Recruitment Website

We built Simple Recruitment’s first website back in 2011 and this was their second generation site with us; a bespoke WordPress recruitment site to give them a platform for servicing clients and candidates. Using exit-popups, social media integration, and easy job alerts sign-up, we’ve helped them build and nurture their own candidate database.

Custom CV Library-Email Integration

We created a custom solution to enable the automated display (and expiry) of job vacancies on their website and Google Jobs, as well as give them direct access to, and ownership of, applicants. Our solution unify their job listings on CV Library with their databases and connected up with their email marketing job alerts and nurturing system.
This custom recruitment integration solution connects three different systems, passing data between them completely automatically; minimising consultant workflow and getting candidates to the right consultants fast.

Print Design

Whilst we didn’t produce the logo originally, we’ve helped Simple Recruitment take control of their brand by re-drawing it and supplying it in multiple files for printers and sign-writers. More recently we’ve designed and printed the business cards and stationery for their national branches.

Simple Recruitment Services Ltd. have been in the good hosting hands of SiteBites since 2011. Simple have grown over the past 8 years as have SiteBites, the hosting capabilities, branding advice and decoding of technical jargon has aided this expansion. When Simple’ past website was due to be redesigned in WordPress SiteBites’ quote was competitive and was delivered professionally without being pushy.

I’m sure they can attest that our vision was not the easiest to implement in the digital world. But with SiteBites guidance, expertise, experience and good humour the finished website has far surpassed the brief given, works and is future proofed to allow our business to further grow via this medium. During this process the SiteBites team explained our options and gave advice on paths to our vision whilst using layman’s terms. Although we had a time frame I never felt pressured or coerced into a decision, this made the whole project feel like part of Simple’s growth strategy.

Now the website is up and running I am more than happy with the outcome. The tweaks and add ons that have occurred since launching have assisted in Simple working more efficiently and enabled us to learn!
