Despite the younger generation growing up with technical skills levels equivalent to today’s graduate computer scientists, due to the extremely tight laws around minimum ages for workers, we would never employ an 11 year-old.
Equally, it’s not tech know-how that makes a good trainer, it’s the ability to communicate it in plain English.
