A warranty of six months will be applied to websites hosted by us, unless Admin-level users are added or present.
Whilst we will fix ‘production snags’ (mistakes or omissions by us) within the warranty period following delivery, anything that is discovered to not be working as wished after delivery, but is not technically broken, cannot be covered by the Warranty.

If you have requested site access to make changes prior to launch, then completing this form to approve our work is required before access can be granted. In this instance, we will not launch any new websites or publish any changes, until we are instructed to do so.
